Gorgeous and nice hotel with free parking and PEACEFUL location in the middle of jackson. Really helpful and very helpful staff of the property. Exceptionally comfortable bed and spotless and tastefully decorated rooms. Location just off the town center and Pucon. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Luthier Bistro nearby.

marvellous location and great staff were a definite plus. the hotel was near the heart of pucon. the breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh bread, cakes, fruit, and eggs.

The pan roasted beef tenderloin at La Trattoria da Pietro was an epic win! Breakfast at Cumbres Del Sur was a feast too, with options galore. Plus, the breakfast hours were flexible, which I loved.

Probably my mistake choosing this place on-the-go via mobile, didn't match the hype. The underground level vibes didn't help, and the mold in the bathroom had me questioning my choices.

Cumbres Del Sur is a nice option in Pucón. The staff is friendly, going above and beyond to. They assisted me with an early breakfast request and even stored my luggage during my departure. The room was clean and comfy, with a mini-split heater helping to keep the temperature just right. Breakfast had a great variety, more like an American buffet, including fruit, breads, and cheeses. The coffee was good too, a nice perk. The room size is on the small side, not ideal for larger travelers as it can feel cramped. A solid choice if you prefer a homey vibe and great customer service.

We really enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially the variety of fruits and deli meats. The staff was cute and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable enough.

In my wife's opinion, a few more family-friendly activities would have made the stay even better.
